Order & Returns
- You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by logging into your Ind2C account.
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellation isn’t possible — but you can still initiate a return after delivery.
- You can return eligible products within 7 days from the date of invoice.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags.
Customized products and personal hygiene items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
- Prepaid orders will be refunded to your original payment method.
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures/video, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
Wallet Credit Policy
Wallet Credit is a reward amount issued by Ind2C on eligible purchases. This amount is added to your wallet balance and may be used for future orders placed on the Ind2C website.
You may earn Wallet Credit on eligible orders as per ongoing offers displayed on the Ind2C website.
- Buy 2 or more products and receive 2% discount plus 2% Wallet Credit
- Buy 5 products and receive 5% discount plus 5% Wallet Credit
- Other promotional Wallet Credit offers as displayed on the website
Wallet Credit is calculated on the final order value after applying applicable discounts.
Wallet Credit will be credited to your wallet only after both conditions are met:
- The order is successfully placed, and
- The order is delivered successfully
If an order is cancelled, returned, or refunded, Wallet Credit will not be credited.
Wallet Credit is subject to the following rules:
- Wallet Credit can be used only for purchases made on the Ind2C website.
- Wallet Credit cannot be withdrawn as cash.
- Wallet Credit cannot be transferred to another user or account.
- Wallet Credit cannot be used to purchase gift cards, if applicable.
- Wallet Credit may be used partially or fully, depending on the available balance.
Wallet Credit is valued at the same rate as Indian Rupees on the Ind2C website.
- 1 Wallet Credit = ₹1
- 10 Wallet Credits = ₹10
- 100 Wallet Credits = ₹100
Wallet Credit can be used only for purchases on the Ind2C website and cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to another user or account.
No. Wallet Credit issued by Ind2C is valid for a lifetime and remains available in your wallet until it is used.
