Yes! We use secured and encrypted payment gateways to protect your transactions and personal information.
A small COD fee may apply, which will be clearly shown at checkout.
Currently, EMI options are not available. We are working to introduce this feature soon!
Order & Returns
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by logging into your Ind2C account.
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellation isn’t possible — but you can still initiate a return after delivery.
- You can return eligible products within 30 days from the date of invoice.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags.
Customized products and personal hygiene items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
- Prepaid orders will be refunded to your original payment method.
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures/video, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
