✅ Return Shipping – Return shipping charges may apply and are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or wrong item received.

How to Initiate a Return?
1. Contact us via Email, WhatsApp, or Live Chat with your order details.
2. Provide images/videos if the product is damaged or defective.
3. Our team will verify the return request and guide you through the return process.
4. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement.

REFUND POLICY – QUICK & HASSLE-FREE

We believe in fast, hassle-free refunds so you can shop with confidence.

✅ Processing Time – Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.
✅ Refund Mode –

Prepaid orders: Amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
COD orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer (bank details will be requested).
✅ Refund for Cancellations – If you cancel before shipment, a full refund will be initiated immediately.
✅ Non-Refundable Charges – Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

CANCELLATION POLICY – FLEXIBLE & CUSTOMER-FRIENDLY

Changed your mind? No problem! We offer easy order cancellations before shipping.

✅ Cancel Within 24 Hours – You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it through your Ind2C account.
✅ Cancellation After Shipping – Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible. However, you can return the item after delivery.
✅ Instant Refunds – If canceled within the allowed time frame, your refund will be processed immediately.
