Return & Exchange policy

At Ind2c, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy.

ELIGIBILITY
You may return any item within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Email us at Support@ind2c.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- A photo of the item

We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING
We will bear the cost of return shipping. Once your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your delivery address at no charge to you.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items returned after the 7-day window
- Items without original packaging

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at Support@ind2c.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
