SHIPPING COVERAGE
Ind2c ships across India. We currently do not offer international shipping.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹150. For orders below ₹150, a nominal shipping fee applies and will be shown at checkout.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. You can use this to track your package in real time.
FAILED DELIVERY
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout.
LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at Support@ind2c.com and we will investigate immediately.
